Saving areas considered Hydraulic cylinder actuation · Saving areas considered are 50% reduction hydraulic cylinders. In hydraulic hosing most likely 70% or more, the Dugong Series has its cylinders placed at the front of the scraper not at the rear or sides. Because of its single hydraulic cylinder and short hose length this results in a reduction in the amount of fluid allowed to move within the oil lines when in normal operation. When the oil is returning to the tank and the cooling system it contains less heat and volume increasing fluid life. |

An innovation not yet available anywhere else in the world. To be made in many sizes only one available as yet, this innovation has seen half of the hydraulic rams removed, changing forever the way in which a Grader Scraper can move, producing a unique Grade or finish no other machine could reproduce. Many other hydraulic ideas have been addressed to give one simple machine capable of doing the same thing from 30 hp 800 hp.
